*1 .Black defeated Venom in an 8-man Tournament to become the first PWF Northeast Heavyweight Champion.
*2 Venom appeared to have beated Black for the PWF Northeast Title, but video reviews revealed that Black's foot was on the rope as he was pinned. Post-Match, PWF Northeast Owner Mark Reality declared the title vacant.
*3 Mark Reality declared the title vacant when the reigning champion Johnny Curtis was injured and unable to defend in a mandatory title defense.
*4 Black pinned Perez in a Fatal Four Way match to decide the vacant PWF Northeast Heavyweight Championship.
*5 This match took place at PWF New Jersey's "Conception" event in Clifton, NJ.
*6 Triplelicious regains the PWF Northeast Heavyweight Title from Jason Blade at "Gold Rush". The title is then unified with the Mayhem Heavyweight Title to become the PWF Mayhem Heavyweight Title.
*7 PWF Mayhem Heavyweight Champion Evan Siks defeats New England Championship Wrestling Heavyweight Champion DC Dillinger, thus unifying the titles into the NECW Triple Crown Heavyweight Championship.
*8 New England Championship Wrestling closes its doors as a wrestling promotion. The PWF Northeast and Mayhem Titles are no longer unified as the Triple Crown and will simply be recognized moving forward as the PWF Northeast Heavyweight Championship.
*9 Cole pinned Ryan Bisbal in a Fatal Four Way including Hayes and "Brutal" Bob Evans. Hayes agreed to the match when his initial opponent Mike Bennett was unable to appear due to flight issues.
*10. Corino defeated Bisbal in a match where both Corino's PWF Universal Heavyweight Title and Bisbal's PWF Northeast Heavyweight Title were on the line. Both men scored a simultaneous pinfall on each other and both walked out winning their opponent's respective championship.
*11. Bisbal defeated Corino in a match where both Bisbal's PWF Universal Heavyweight Title and Corino's PWF Northeast Heavyweight Title were on the line. Bisbal defeated Corino and now the lineages of the titles are combined. Moving forward the champion will be called the Unified PWF Heavyweight Championship.
